Why My Aquarium Needs a Catfish PLR

All fish lovers and keepers will tell you that every aquarium needs to have a catfish. Not only are they an interesting fish type, but they also work hard in helping to keep the tank clean. These fish feed on algae, and being bottom feeders, they will eat the unwanted and leftover food the other fish leaves.

Catfish exist all over the world, but the most common species live in South America. They can live in pretty much every water quality and condition and are easy to care for. If you are unsure of what feeds best to give them, you can serve them partially boiled vegetables such as pumpkin and zucchini.
